FAQ'S

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR TIMESHARE CANCELLATION?

We specialize in cancelling timeshare contracts that were signed based on deceit, misinformation, misrepresentations, unethical sales practices, and high-pressure sales tactics.  Our process begins with a thorough analysis of the facts documented in your complimentary consultation.  If your case meets the criteria the attorneys have established, we will accept your case.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEGALLY CANCEL MY TIMESHARE?

While it’s true that a timeshare contract is a legally binding document, it is mistaken to think that such a contract cannot be cancelled.  This is a myth perpetuated by timeshare developers and user groups that are funded, maintained and controlled by the timeshare industry. Under general contract law, the truth of the matter is that contracts are cancellable for a variety of reasons including fraud, misrepresentation and failure of consideration.

CAN I CANCEL MY TIMESHARE WITHOUT USING A FIRM?

Yes, it's possible to cancel a timeshare on your own, but it can be challenging. You would need to review your contract, understand cancellation clauses, and work with the timeshare company directly, which can be time-consuming and may require legal assistance.

DO YOU OFFER CREDIT PROTECTION?

Yes!  No worries, you have the full weight of our credit department in your corner!  We understand how important your credit is and are proud to say we offer free credit repair for any blemishes the resort may leave during the cancellation process!

WILL I GET ANY OF MY MONEY BACK?

Possibly!  We of course can’t make any guarantee of the results of a case, but we can tell you that our attorneys work diligently for every client to get their money back.

WHAT ABOUT MY TIMESHARE MORTGAGE?

When the timeshare is cancelled, the mortgage is cancelled as well.  The relationship with the timeshare company is completely severed, mortgage, maintenance, dues, the whole thing.

DOES MY TIMESHARE HAVE ANY VALUE?

Unfortunately, most of our clients found out the hard way that there was no value to their timeshare.  With the internet revolutionizing the travel industry forever, there are now much better ways to travel, and timeshares are now a thing of the past.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Results are typically achieved within 12-36 months.  Each case is of course different; some cases may be done in as few as 4-6 months, while others can take slightly longer.  We work diligently on each case, and communicate regularly with updates and progress information.
